Sunstone Crystal Shaped Cabochon
This Sunstone comes from India. Sunstone has patches of brilliance or shiller and although the two stone are not related it reminds me of an orange / peach color version of Labradorite. Unlike Labradorite where the shiller lays across the cleavage plane, in Sunstone the shiller is in small patches at random within the stone.
Measures 55 mm x 11 mm x 11 mm.
Approximately 2-1/8" x 7/16" x 7/16" thick.
