Custom Orders

If you would like something made especially for you, please let us know. Gift certificates can be used for custom orders. Custom jewelry can be made with any Leeleeko Jewelry components.

Contact us with requests or questions. We will let you know if we can make the jewelry you want, how long it will take and the cost. Payment is required when the order is placed and there is a $25 minimum.  You can pay with a credit card by phone or we will email a PayPal invoice to you. Please include your full name and contact information at the time of your request.

Custom Order FAQ's

I absolutely love a piece of jewelry on your site, but it's the wrong size. Can it be adjusted?
It may be possible to lengthen or shorten an item but not always.

I have an object (such as a loose gemstone etc.) can you make it into a piece of jewelry for me?
We have made many items for customers incorporating beads, stones or other objects the customer has supplied.

Can you make a custom piece of jewelry for me from one of your cabochons?
Yes, we can. If you see a cab you like or are looking for a particular stone for a pendant or other piece of jewelry, custom orders are welcome.  

Do you custom make cabochons?
We will make custom cabochons if the material is available. Our site may show all cabochons of a certain gemstone as sold, but we may still have more of the rough stone on hand to make more cabs.

Are custom orders more expensive?
There is no extra charge for custom orders, but the minimum order is $25 for new customers. Our pieces are one of a kind, we charge the same price for a custom piece as we would normally sell that piece for on our site. This means that a ready made piece and a custom order piece using the same materials would both cost the same.

Is there a long wait for custom orders?
Custom order can ship in as little as one day or may take much longer.  Sometimes customers want a specific material which we have to locate or place a large wholesale order which adds to the waiting period.  When you contact us with your request, we will give you a timeframe.

Gift Certificates Give the gift that won't get lost in the mail, has no shipping charge, needs no gift wrap, arrives on time (even for last minute shoppers) and allows the receiver to pick exactly what they want. Order online and we can send it by email or the postal service.

Do you know someone on your shopping list who would just love our jewelry, but you're not sure which piece to buy.  Now you don't have to guess what jewelry your friends or family members would like, they can pick it out themselves with a gift certificate. Gift certificates are good for any online Leeleeko Jewelry purchase.
